Velvet-smooth fields further compliment this stunning silver piece, which has rightfully earned a solid GEM MS65 designation from PCGS.While a substantial number of Morgan Dollars were minted in New Orleans in 1889, most were lost to circulation or destroyed during the massive bullion melts of the 1930s.
