This handsome jewel is fully struck with very fine high-point detail on both the obverse and reverse devices. The surfaces are smooth, and after all these years have managed to retain a good deal of their original mint luster. This respectable near-gem Morgan would make a fantastic addition to any presentation-quality collection.   In 1894, the Philadelphia Mint produced a scant 110,000 Morgan Silver Dollars.
