LOAN 1913, BOND - £100' Description CHINESE GOVERNMENT 5% REORGANISATION LOAN OF 1913 - £100 BOND Beautifully printed by Waterlow & Sons Limited. A crisp bond without ink marks but the customary blue binding tape on the top edge has completely detached leaving the staples visible. There are three historic horizontal folds which are not readily noticeable - the bond has been stored flat in recent years.There are approx. 14 staple/pin holes mainly hidden within the printed area.  The top margin has minor rusting from the staples and the adjacent bond's staples. The top right corner has a hint of fingering marks. The edges and corners are good, without tearing but with some 'knocking' particularly in the bottom left corner. (See supplementary photographs for these aspects.) Clean and crisp coupon sheet with 43 coupons.  The 43rd  coupon is intact, not reaffixed by the tape as sometimes found with these bonds. Size: approx. 46 x 33cms.  I will post in 5cms. diameter cardboard tube.
