This certificate was never issued, has no printed signatures and no revenue stamp. Size is 9-3/4" by 14-1/2" folded with one side of 50 coupons and the other side is the title cover; back has statement of Statues. It has a vignette of the bank building with horsedrawn trolley and carts in the foreground. It was printed by Clarke & Courts, Galveston in black with brown frame and underprint and appears to be very high quality printing with watermark TITAN BOND. Excellent condition. No damage.
