This certificate was issued, has printed signatures and a 1 Peso revenue stamp. Size is 8-3/4" by 11-1/2" folded with one side of numbers 8 to 30 coupons (1 to 11 were redeemed). The back has the title cover and has Extract of Statues. It was printed by Bouligny & Schmidt Sucs., Mexico and appears to be very high quality printing. Excellent condition with no folds. No damage.
