But to actually be able to speak to someone on the other side of the Continent - or even across the Atlantic?  Unbelievable!  It's hard to get so excited about it nowadays but try to put yourself back for a moment into the days of our grandparents!  How soon will it be before it is commonplace to see the other person on the end of the line?  They're already even doing that!
