Net fine condition overall.  The gilt on the cover and spine is lightly muted.  The binding is slightly loose but fully intact.  The corners are lightly bumped and there is a slight amount of rub on the spine.  Internally near mint EXCEPT for the endpapers which have some problems ... a previous owner's name and ANA number are inked on the first blank page, a coin shop rubber stamp is on the first blank page, and there are numerous discolorations on the inside front cover, the inside back cover and the adjacent endpapers from where something had been taped in in the past.  Nice 5th's are fairly hard to find, so this will probably fill a hole in a decent Redbook collections. The 2009 Redbook lists the estimated value of this edition at $130 in Very Good, $260 in Fine and $450 in Very Fine, the second-highest valued edition after the first edition.
