Included are the 1960-1964 (remember these have the 90% silver coins that were being minted by the U.S. Mint for circulation during these years), there were no Standard Mint Sets made in 65-67, so these dates are not included, 68-81, there were no standard mint sets made in 82 or 83 so these years are not included, 84-98 (the mint started issuing colored envelopes and COA's in 1984, 1999-2006 (all of the state quarters are here).
